The employer is a leading sportswear manufacturer supplying to some of the world’s most famous brands. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for accounting, tax, and financial reporting. He/she must be proficient in cost accounting with prior experience in manufacturing preferred.
Job Description
- Oversee the accounting operations and day-to-day activities, develop and implement SOPs for efficient process and workflow.
- Supervise and guide the department and train the team if necessary to achieve department goals, drive continuous improvements in workflow and productivity.
- Manage all financial transaction, lead financial reporting, accounting, and tax processes.
- Work across departments as well as externa parties for relevant matters.
- Manage and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Work closely with head office on accounting matters and provide relevant reports when needed.
Requirements
- Diploma and above qualifications in accounting or finance related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting capacity, prior experience in manufacturing industry is preferred, experience in garments/footwear manufacturing is advantageous.
- Proficient in cost accounting(must), familiar with IFRS and local tax.
- Experienced in ERP system.
- Good communication skills, good command of both English and Bahasa Indonesian.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT, etc.)
- A hands-on manager with teamwork spirit and skills.
