Employer is a leading sportswear manufacturer working with top global athletic brands, the accounting supervisor will be managing a team of executives to support accounting operations and deliver relevant reports. He/she must be proficient in cost accounting, and prior experience in manufacturing is preferred.
Job Description
- Oversee the accounting operations and develop plans and process for financial reporting.
- Supervise accounting department, guide, and train the team to achieve department goals.
- Lead the financial reporting process, review financial reports, and resolve issues as they arise.
- Perform audits related to company financial accounts.
- Work closely with head office on accounting matters and provide relevant reports.
Requirements
- Diploma and above qualifications in accounting or finance related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance capacity, prior experience in manufacturing industry is preferred, experience in garments/footwear manufacturing is advantageous.
- Proficient in cost accounting and familiar with IFRS.
- Experience in ERP system.
- Good communication skills, good command of both English and Bahasa Indonesian.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT, etc.)
- A hands-on manager with teamwork spirit and skills.
