Company and Objectives
We are seeking a skilled apparel product developer to lead our product development process and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brand clients. This role is critical for managing the entire development lifecycle, from initial concept to final sample, ensuring alignment with client vision and requirements.
Job Description
- Manage the entire apparel product development cycle. Act as the main liaison for brand clients, directly handling their inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring their specifications are met.
- Prepare and submit all necessary internal development documents, tech packs, and reports. Actively participate in brand-led development meetings and initiatives.
- Lead and mentor our Vietnamese development team. Track the progress of all garment development projects, ensuring timelines are met and any potential delays are proactively addressed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and above in any field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in apparel product development or merchandising.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- Highly proactive, a strong problem-solver, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, environment.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese/Mandarin.
