Job Description
- Oversee apparel production operations, which includes production scheduling, productivity, quality, and personnel management.
- Monitor and drive production efficiency to ensure on-time delivery.
- Work across department to resolve issues to achieve smooth and efficient workflow and communicate effectively to ensure alignments.
- Lead and execute key projects, including new client onboarding, continuous improvement initiatives, and factor expansion projects.
- Lead and motivate the team, fostering a high-performing environment.
Requirements
- Diploma’s degree and above in any field.
- 5 years and above of relevant experience in apparel manufacturing environment, and minimum 3 years in managerial positions.
- Computer literacy and proficient in MS office applications.
- Excellent communication skills with team leadership experience.
- Strong ability to work under pressure with a high sense of responsibility.
- Adaptable and willing to accept new challenges as needed.
