The employer is a leading textile and apparel manufacturer working with world-renowned fashion and sportswear brands, the merchandising manager will be focused on driving sales revenue by working with bother customers and internal stakeholders to deliver quality products and services.

Job Description

- Team management: Assist managers to lead and motivate the sales team and lead the team to ensure that revenue goals are achieved.
- Market analysis and monitoring: conduct market research, analyze market trends, and provide support and suggestions for sales strategies and plans.
- Sales plan formulation: client brand management goal formulation and business promotion.
- Customer relationship management and price strategy formulation: discuss quotations/negotiations with customers to formulate long-term cooperation goals and directions.
- Order management and coordination: Coordinate the sales and production teams to ensure smooth delivery of orders and solve possible problems.
- Risk management: manage potential sales risks, formulate corresponding risk plans, and ensure the sustainable development of the company's business.


- Diploma and above qualifications in any discipline, textile/apparel related discipline is a plus.
- 6 years and above work experience in apparel merchandising or related functions, minimum 3 years in managerial capacity.
- Good communication skills with good command of English and Chinese.
- Customer oriented and motivated to achieve revenue goals.
- Able to travel when required.
