Company and Objectives

Company is reputable apparel manufacturer, and they are looking for Assistant HR manager to assist the full spectrum of HR function at one of their factories with a focus on HR communications, recruitment, and employee development.

Job Description

- Assist full spectrum of HR functions with a focus on Recruitment, Employee Training & Development, and Employee Relations.
- Manage recruitment activities for both local and foreign workers, onboarding, induction, and termination of employees.
- Manage HR communications with HODs and the workforce, and handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Develop HR programs that facilitates the strategic alignment of HR policies and workforce with company goals.
- Manage compliance with relevant regulations and government requirements by working with related government bodies and agencies.
- Implement HR policies and procedures throughout the organization, and work with management to recalibrate policies for improvement and compliance.
- Manage administrative duties including but not limited to documentation, foreign workers contracts, work pass, insurance etc.


- Diploma and above qualifications in any discipline, educational background in HR related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience with sizeable organizations, prior experience in manufacturing industry is advantageous.
- Experienced in handling full spectrum of HR functions, and prior exposure to foreign worker management is a preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with all levels of organization, ability to work across departments is a must.
- Strong sense of responsibilities, and motivated to continuously improve the HR functions to help the organization to achieve its goals.
