Job Description
- Develop order plans based on the company’s business strategy, including annual budgets and quarterly/monthly order forecasting.
- Perform data analysis to optimize order planning and execution.
- Build and maintain customer profiles and handle regular communication and relationship management.
- Lead project initiation, task breakdown, progress tracking, and promptly resolve issues during project execution.
- Conduct order analysis based on business needs, propose optimization recommendations, and drive improvements to order planning processes.
- Assist supervisors in building and managing the team, including KPI setting, review, and appraisal.
- Regularly organize and archive relevant documents and ensure confidentiality review of sensitive files.
- Handle internal and external communication and coordination.
- Lead the team in identifying issues, conducting in-depth analysis, and implementing solutions.
- Support the department’s digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least 5 years of experience in business/order management, or related functions, experience in garment/footwear is a plus.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with good interpersonal abilities.
- Familiar with import/export procedures.
- Good command of both English and Chiense.
- Proficient in MS office applications.
