Employer is a leading footwear manufacturer supplying to some of the most recognizable brands in the world, the Deputy Business Director will lead the business department to drive business planning process, demand analysis, order allocation to maximize business opportunities and achieve business growth while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnership.

Job Description

- Provide leadership to the team and drive the business operations to achieve business objectives and department goals.
- Develop and implement efficient business workflow and procedures in line with brand customer product strategies and demand by working closely with customer to understand their needs and forecast patterns.
- Work closely with factory team to drive alignment between demand/customer order and factory capacity planning to maximize capacity utilization and revenue growth.
- Analyze and optimize customer order allocation, work across departments to resolve bottlenecks and constraints to meet on-time delivery.
- Maintain real-time communication internally and externally, communicate with customer and address their queries and concerns as they arise.
- Manage the import and export function and ensure it supports the business operations seamlessly and effectively.
- Continuously drive organizational effectiveness and synergy of the business department, provide guidance and mentor junior staff.


- Diploma and above qualification in any discipline.
- 6 years and above relevant experience in footwear industry.
- Good knowledge of footwear development, manufacturing process, workflow, ability to work cross-functionally.
- Good knowledge of various footwear products, able to effectively communicate with customers and solve problems.
- Excellent communication skills with good command of both English and Chinese(must), proficient in writing and reporting skills.
- Motivated and able to take initiatives to drive improvement in business planning process and revenue growth.
