Job Description
- Develop dyeing recipe and process based on customer requirement.
- Work with lab to prepare recipes for better quality output.
- Engage with sample department to develop fabrics according to customers' requirements within given lead time.
- Fabrics for end use in swimwear, sportswear, intimate apparel.
- Formulate recipes and set post-treatment and finishing parameters.
- Sustain color and shade consistency in bulk production.
- Work with dyes and chemical suppliers to ensure adherence to testing requirements.
- Promptly troubleshoot complications to meet on-time delivery.
Requirements
• Minimum 10 - 12 years' experience in Dyeing & finishing.
• Sound knowledge of Dyeing synthetic warp and weft knitted fabrics especially nylon and polyester.
• Post treatment and finishing of dyed fabrics.
• Dyeing recipe formulation for cost effective production.
• Functional finishing of synthetic fabrics for performance.
• Experience in dyeing with disperse and acid dyes.
• Technical knowhow in the operation of dyeing machines.
• Experience in producing fabric for North American and European customers.
