This role goes beyond traditional administrative support, offering a central position to drive projects, analyze performance, and ensure operational excellence across our fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Description

- Provide high-level administrative and analytical support to the EVP, acting as a force multiplier for the operations leadership team.
- Manage the EVP's calendar, coordinate meetings, and ensure follow-up on key action items and projects.
- Track operational milestones and deliverables, providing visibility into progress across multiple departments.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Support financial and reporting activities, including budgeting and performance analysis.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and business documents.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or project management.
- 2-3 years of experience in similar role, providing coordination and support to senior management.
- Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or a similar industrial setting is highly preferred.
- A proactive, highly organized individual with strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Able to work independently with discretion when handling confidential information.
- This role is open to Malaysian applicants only.
