Employer is a leading sports footwear manufacturer working with some of the world’s most iconic brands. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for the end-to-end business process by working closely with both the brand customer and factories to meet the business demand and achieve customer satisfaction. He/she will build a strong relationship with customer, foster collaboration and drive business growth.

Job Description

- Build strong working relationship with brand customer, understand their needs and expectations, and strive to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement efficient business workflow and procedures in line with brand customer product strategies and demand by working closely with customer to understand their demand and forecast patterns.
- Work closely with factory team to drive alignment between customer demand and factory capacity planning to maximize capacity utilization and revenue growth.
- Analyze and optimize customer order allocation, work across departments to resolve bottlenecks and constraints to meet on-time delivery.
- Maintain real-time communication internally and externally, communicate with customer and address their queries and concerns as they arise.
- Manage the import and export function and ensure it supports the business operations seamlessly and effectively.
- Continuously drive organizational effectiveness and improve business process to enhance overall operational performance.

Requirements

- Diploma and above qualification in any discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in footwear industry, experienced in managing footwear business operations and planning.
- Solid knowledge in footwear development, materials, manufacturing process, and workflow.
- Good knowledge of various footwear products, able to effectively communicate with customer and work cross-functionally to solve problems.
- Excellent communication skills with good command of both English and Chinese(must), proficient in writing and reporting skills.
- Motivated and able to take initiatives to drive improvement in business process and revenue growth.
