Job Description
- Manage athletic footwear development, ensuring sample quality and timelines, liaising with customers, and coordinating all development-related matters.
- Communicate and coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth operations during the development phase.
- Prepare and translate various documents, and relay/collect information to and from relevant departments.
- Ensure samples are completed on schedule and meet customer requirements and quality standards.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external factory partners.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in any discipline.
- 3 years of footwear development experience, particularly in athletic footwear.
- Sound knowledge in footwear manufacturing processes and techniques.
- Experienced in leading a team of three or above.
- Good communication skills, with fluency in both English and Chinese.
