Job Description
- Oversee and manage the product sample development and workflow, including material adjustments, testing follow-up, and document processing.
- Coordinate cross-departmental resources and lead the development team to ensure alignment with brand design standards and customer expectations.
- Maintain strict control over product quality and achieve on-time delivery.
- Supervise and train up development staff, providing guidance and problem-solving support.
- 負責新產品樣品開發與製作進度的統籌與監督,包括原料調整、測試追蹤及資料處理。
- 協調跨部門資源,帶領開發團隊確保設計與客戶需求達成。
- 嚴格控管產品品質與交期,確保準時出貨。
- 帶領並培訓開發人員,提供專業指導與問題解決支援。
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above qualifications.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in footwear development or business operations, strong knowledge in footwear production processes and related workflows.
- Computer literate with strong documentation skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-department coordination skills.
- Overseas work experience is a plus.
- 大學以上學歷,管理相關科系畢業。
- 至少5年以上鞋業開發或業務相關經驗,熟悉鞋業產品開發流程與產業知識。
- 熟練電腦操作與報告製作。
- 具良好的領導力與跨部門溝通協調能力。
- 具海外工作經驗者佳。
