Job Description
- Lead and develop QA/QC team, define quality objectives and set directions, establish clear KPIs and performance management systems, and ensure the team operates efficiently.
- Oversee incoming material inspection, in-process quality control, and final shipment inspections to ensure products meet the company’s QA/QC standards. Continuously review inspection procedures and propose improvements.
- Lead root cause analysis for process abnormalities and customer complaints. Formulate and track corrective action plans, drive cross-functional meetings, and ensure improvements are implemented and continuously optimized.
- Establish and review quality data analysis mechanisms. Submit regular reports to management, identify potential risks and opportunities, and drive preventive improvements.
- Work closely with R&D, Production, Supply Chain, and other teams to ensure quality requirements for new product development and mass production. Act as contact window and handle customer quality issues.
- Lead the maintenance of the quality management system and handle internal/external audits. Design and optimize quality procedures and documentation.
- Initiate and lead projects related to process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in QA/QC management in manufacturing and driving quality improvement, footwear experience is preferred.
- Strong in data analysis and making data-driven decisions.
- Familiar with quality management system and factory audits.
- Cross-department communication and coordination skills, fluent in both English and Chinese.
