He/she will provide technical leadership to product development process, devise and implement strategy and policies to elevate the capability and performance of the team to drive development excellence and meet/exceed customer expectation.

Job Description

Technical competence:
- 5 years and above working experience as Technical Manager with fashion brand.
- Ability to guide the team through the development, testing and implementation stages, provide technical expertise throughout development stage.
- Ensure correct procedure are in place guide the team and customer requirements and standard are met.
- Work with customer on certification to approve samples in house.
- Ability to solve problems and make quick decision as they rise to provide a conducive environment for effective project implementation.
- Train up the team to continuously drive the technical capabilities of the team.

Management skills:
- Adept in project scheduling and resources management.
- Develop standard operating procedures and project guidelines.
- Manage projects effectively. (Planning, budgeting, implementing, and reporting)
- Interview and recruit talents for the team to upgrade the technical proficiency.
- Conduct performance review of the team and identify areas of improvement.
- Create and submit weekly report timely.


- Diploma and above qualification in apparel engineering, fashion design or relevant discipline.
- 10 years and above work experience in garment technical management, solid understanding of pattern, grading, fitting, and garment construction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work across departments to drive product development and meet timelines.
- Curious, motivated, good at problem-solving, and passionate about garment industry.
