Company is reputable apparel manufacturer, and they are looking for HR manager to lead the full spectrum of HR function at one of their factories.

Job Description

- Lead HR department and be responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including HR policies, C&B, Employee Relations, Training & Development, Recruitment and Administrative duties.
- Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures throughout the organization, and work with management to recalibrate policies for improvement and compliance.
- Manage HR communications with the workforce, and handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Develop HR programs that facilitates the strategic alignment of HR policies and workforce with company goals.
- Manager compliance with relevant regulations and government requirements by working with related government bodies and agencies.
- Manage recruitment activities for both local and foreign workers, onboarding, induction, and termination of employees.
- Manage administrative duties including but not limited to documentation, foreign workers contracts, work pass, insurance etc.

Requirements

- Diploma and above qualifications in any discipline, educational background in HR related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience with sizeable organizations, prior experience in manufacturing industry is advantageous.
- Experienced in handling full spectrum of HR functions, and prior exposure to foreign worker management is a preferred.
- Good communication skills with all levels of organization, ability to work across departments is a must.
- Strong sense of responsibilities, and motivated to continuously improve the HR functions to help the organization to achieve its goals.
