Employer is a leading apparel manufacturer, this HR and Admin Manager will lead factory HR, admin and general affairs operations and report to general manger.

Job Description

- Lead factory human resources strategy and planning according to the business needs and company strategy.
- Oversee human resources, general affairs, and administrative matters at the factory level to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement HR management systems to effectively execute HR policies and drive continuous improvement of workflows.
- Understand and familiarize with customer audit to align internal process and practices with legal and customer requirements.
- Handle tasks assigned by supervisor, act as a central hub connecting various departments to drive efficient collaboration.

Requirements

- Diploma and above qualifications in Human Resources or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of HR, admin and general affairs management experience in manufacturing industry, prior experience in apparel or shoe manufacturing is advantageous.
- Solid experience in HR planning, policy development and implementation.
- Leadership skills, experienced in leading a HR team.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Prior experience in manufacturing industry in Southeast Asia is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with good command of both English and Chinese(must).
