Job Description
Human Resources Management:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and procedures, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and local regulations.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition—including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and contract management—for all staff levels.
- Establish and monitor SMART KPIs to evaluate individual performance and departmental effectiveness.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and formal grievance handling.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll administration in collaboration with the Finance department.
- Develop and conduct regular training programs on workplace ethics, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive organizational culture.
Compliance & Legal:
- Ensure full compliance with all local labor laws, industrial regulations, and international standards (e.g., WRAP, SMETA, BSCI).
- Conduct internal audits and prepare detailed compliance reports for management and external stakeholders.
- Lead the implementation, management, and supervision of CTPAT systems and other buyer-specific compliance programs.
- Maintain and renew all factory licenses, certifications, and permits in coordination with relevant government agencies.
- Liaise with local authorities and community leaders to ensure operational continuity and uphold social responsibility commitments.
Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS):
- Conduct daily factory inspections to monitor EHS compliance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Production and Maintenance departments to ensure safe working conditions and strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Organize and lead fire drills, safety training sessions, and emergency response planning.
Strategic Advisory:
- Provide strategic insights on HR and compliance to support business decisions, workforce planning, and operational improvements.
- Support digital transformation projects, including the implementation of an HRIS, to streamline administrative processes and enhance data management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of HR and compliance experience in manufacturing industry, prior experience in garment/footwear manufacturing environment is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge in Indonesia labor laws and international compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
