Employer is leading apparel manufacturer working with some of the most recognizable global sportswear brands. The role will be responsible for the planning and implementation of HR strategies by working closely with various subsidiaries overseas.
Job Description
- Plan, implement and align HR strategies, and HR-related matters by working closely with various overseas subsidiaries.
- Develop and implement HR policies that govern expatriate personnel.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and above qualifications in any discipline.
- Minimum 10 years HR experience including working with MNCs in managerial position, experience in full spectrum of HR functions is an advantage.
- HR experience as an expatriate in manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Excellent reporting and communication skills.
- Professional working proficiency in both English and Chinese(must).
- Willing to travel or station overseas in the future, if required.
