Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies and processes; work closely with hiring departments to diversify sourcing channels and improve hiring efficiency.
- Plan workforce and optimize organizational structure based on factory operational and development needs, anticipates future talent needs to effectively support business growth.
- Manage labor relations and employee communications, establish local labor risk control and compliance mechanisms.
- Enhance local management team through training and upskilling; assist in formulating recruitment and training programs to strengthen organizational development.
- Drive the localization and execution of group HR policies and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, candidates with experience in manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Sound knowledge in Philippine labor laws, local recruitment channels, and campus recruitment management.
- Experienced in organizational restructuring, team development, and labor relations/risk management.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese.
