Job Description
- Implement group HR strategies within the factory, ensuring alignment between HR policies and operational objectives.
- Formulate and execute recruitment and training plans, introduce talent development program to strengthen team management capabilities and build talent pipeline for mid-to-senior level positions to enhance long-term organizational competitiveness.
- Regularly review and optimize organizational structures, job grades, and manpower configuration. Provide recommendations for organizational adjustments to support an agile and efficient operations.
- Establish labor risk monitoring and compliance mechanisms to ensure adherence to local and international labor laws and regulations. Effectively handle labor relations and maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Provide leadership to local HR team, improving execution and service. Act as a bridge between headquarters and the factory.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, BA, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience; experience managing factory operations is highly preferred.
- Sound knowledge in local Vietnamese labor regulations, recruitment channels, and local educational institutions.
- Proven experience in organizational restructuring, development, and labor risk management.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
