Employer is a knit fabric manufacturer that comprises knitting, dyeing, finishing, and printing process under one roof. The knitting manager will oversee the knitting department operations to achieve quality, cost and on-time delivery.

Job Description
- Oversee knitting department operations, develop and execute production plan to achieve on-time delivery with quality products.
- 监督针织部门的运营，制定和执行生产计划，以实现按时交付优质产品。
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth execution of production plan and material control.
- 与其他部门密切合作，确保生产计划和材料控制的顺利执行。
- Provide technical leadership to knitting production, troubleshoot technical problems that arises and minimize production downtime.
- 为针织生产提供技术领导，解决出现的技术问题并最大限度地减少生产停机时间。
- Lead the team to develop new fabric to meet customer requirements and stay competitive in the market.
- 带领团队开发新面料以满足客户要求并保持市场竞争力。
- Establish SOPs and quality control throughout the production to ensure products meet the quality standards.
- 在整个生产过程中建立 SOP 和质量控制，以确保产品符合质量标准。
- Work with engineering and maintenance team to ensure all the knitting machines are properly calibrated and production ready.
- 与工程和维护团队合作，确保所有针织机都经过适当校准并准备好投入生产。
- Provide training to upskill the team and build up the technical competence of the team.
- 提供培训以提高团队的技能并增强团队的技术能力。
- Establish SOPs and controls to ensure the safety of all production employees.

Requirements
- Diploma and above qualifications in textile related discipline.
- 纺织相关大专文凭及以上学历。
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in circular knitting production environment, in-depth knowledge of circular knitting machine, knitted fabric and yarn.
- 至少 8 年圆针织生产环境工作经验，对圆针织机、针织面料和纱线有深入的了解。
- Well-versed in circular knitting machine setup, calibration and troubleshooting.
- 精通圆针织机设置、校准和故障排除。
- Experienced in fabric analysis and new product development.
- 有面料分析和新产品开发经验。
- Experienced in leading a team with excellent communication skills.
- 有领导团队的经验，沟通能力强。
- Ability to adapt to new environment with a willing-to-learn attitude.
- 有适应新环境的能力，乐于学习。
