The PMC Manager is responsible for factory production scheduling, order planning, and material management to ensure timely delivery of customer orders and smooth production process.
Job Description
- Oversee PMC department operations, including production planning, merchandising, materials control and warehouse management.
- Lead production planning process, including materials planning, order scheduling, import/export operations, to achieve on-time delivery.
- Coordinate internally to resolve issues promptly as they arise and maintain effective inter-department communication to ensure alignment.
- Supervise, provide guidance and training to build a high-performing PMC team.
- Continuously review and improve the planning process and workflow by driving the integration of order and material data, promote lean production and drive efficiency improvements.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline.
- Familiarity with garment production processes and process control, and knowledge of production management systems such as ERP and MES.
- 6 years and above relevant experience in production planning and material control, with the ability to integrate data from various sources to optimise the planning process.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managerial capacity, leading a team and demonstrating ability to coordinate and resolve problems effectively.
- Strong reporting skills and proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc)
- Excellent communication skills with a good command of both English and Chinese(must).
