Company and Objectives
This role will oversee the operations of the Product Creation Centre, covering end-to-end process from product conception to sample completion. He/she will lead operational structure recalibration and process optimization projects, ensuring the smooth implementation of new operating models and the continuous improvement of efficiency and quality. The candidate must possess strong cross-departmental and cross-regional communication, coordination, and integration skills to ensure alignment of resources and decisions.
Job Description
- Process Management & Optimization: maintain a thorough understanding of the end-to-end footwear development processes, identifying gaps and improving inefficient process; establish SOP and systems that promote data transparency.
- Operational Structure Recalibration & Implementation: plan and execute adjustments to the operational model and processes, ensuring their successful implementation; define and track key milestones and KPIs.
- Digitalization & Automation Advancement: introduce digital and automation tools to enhance the real-time visibility and traceability of development progress.
- Continuous Improvement & Risk Management: analyze development bottlenecks and execute continuous improvement plans; establish early warning and change control mechanisms to prevent delays and cost deviations.
- Cross-Team Collaboration & Resource Integration: work closely with Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other teams to facilitate process handoffs and decision-making alignment; coordinate with cross-regional teams to ensure consistent global development operational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the footwear industry, with a strong understanding of development processes.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, experience in development and commercialization is highly advantageous.
- Analytical with excellent communication and leadership skills, fluent in both English and Chinese.
