Employer is a leading footwear manufacturer partnering with some of the world’s most iconic sports brands.
Job Description
- Be responsible for material price quotation and negotiation, and procurement process.
- Assist with PO (purchase order) inquiries and placements, follow up on supplier delivery schedules and shipment arrangements, and compile and validate price quotations.
- Handle administrative documentation and coding tasks (ERP/SAP).
- Assist with tasks assigned by supervisors
- Manage departmental documents, including supplier information and sample specification data, filing, and tracking
- Assist in communication matters related to supplier development.
- Serve as the point of contact for material teams from brand customers.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of team management experience, prior overseas experience is a plus.
- Strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in ERP system, knowledge in SAP system is advantageous.
- Experience in footwear or related industry procurement is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (both spoken and written).
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint. etc.).
