Employer is a leading knitwear (cut & sew) manufacturer, the QA Manager is responsible for the factory quality operations and compliance, and he/she will be reporting to the General Manger.
Job Description
- Lead and supervise the factory QA/QC operations to achieve quality standards and stay in compliance with customer requirements.
- Implement and execute quality system throughout factory production and ensure effective quality control measures are in place.
- Propose and execute quality improvement proposals and projects.
- Investigate quality issues and provide resolution report, implement corrective and preventative measures by working across departments.
- Handle and respond to customer complaints, perform analysis and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Handle customer factory audit and inspection conducted by 3rd party to ensure compliance.
- Provide quality control report including statistical analysis.
Requirements
- Diploma and above qualifications in any discipline, background in textile/apparel engineering is a plus.
- Minimum 6 years of apparel quality management experience in manufacturing environment and experienced in leading a team.
- Solid knowledge in fabric, and apparel manufacturing process, well-versed in quality control system, methods and best practice.
- Experienced in handling customer audit and compliance.
- Good communication skills with good command of English.
