The employer is a leading apparel manufacturer supplying to some of the world’s most recognizable brands.

Job Description

- Implement quality control and SOP throughout the production process.
- Manage end-to-end quality control from incoming materials to final inspection and troubleshoot quality issues as they arise.
- Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to track bulk production progress and delivery.
- Define quality standards based on sample-making processes and customer requirements.
- Conduct quality risk assessments before bulk production of new styles.
- Organize customer factory audits and address customer feedback on quality issues and follow through with resolutions.
- Analyze departmental quality data and set improvement goals.
- Develop and optimize the department’s performance appraisal system, including people management, task allocation, and performance evaluations.

Requirements

- Diploma and above qualifications in any discipline, textile and garment engineering related field is an advantage.
- 5+ years in quality control management in garment manufacturing, with strong knowledge of garment quality management systems.
- Sound knowledge in garment construction and production, and fabrics.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PPT).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in both English(intermediate) and Mandarin.
