Company and Objectives

This role will lead the company’s sales and business development initiatives with a focus on the European market, driving growth through strategic partnerships, new business acquisition, and customer relationship management by working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver commercial success and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential customers, emerging trends, and new business opportunities in the European market.
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key European clients and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams — including product development, design, and production — to translate market opportunities into actionable projects.
- Support existing customers to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and achievement of sales and profit objectives.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to guide product direction, pricing strategies, and design adoption.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to strengthen brand visibility and market positioning.

Requirements

- Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, Textiles, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in garment sales, business development, or merchandising, preferably with manufacturers or trading/sourcing offices.
- Proven experience working with European apparel brands or retailers is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Resilient with a positive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
- Proficiency in English; additional European languages (e.g., French, German, Italian) will be an advantage.
