The Account Manager will handle a global footwear brand to maintain a strong customer relationship, achieve customer satisfaction and drive business growth. He/she will lead the business planning internally to fulfill customer demand, capture new business opportunities and maximize profit.
Job Description
- Lead business team and drive the business operations to achieve business objectives and department goals.
- Develop and implement efficient business workflow and procedures in line with brand customer product strategies and demand by working closely with customer to understand their needs and forecast patterns.
- Work closely with factory team to drive alignment between demand/customer order and factory capacity planning to maximize capacity utilization and revenue growth.
- Analyze and optimize customer order allocation, work across departments to resolve bottlenecks and constraints to meet on-time delivery.
- Maintain real-time communication internally and externally, communicate with customer and address their queries and concerns as they arise.
- Manage the import and export function and ensure it supports the business operations seamlessly and effectively.
- Continuously drive organizational effectiveness, provide guidance and mentor junior staff.
Requirements
- Diploma and above qualification in any discipline.
- 6 years and above relevant experience in footwear industry.
- Good knowledge of footwear development, manufacturing process, workflow, ability to work cross-functionally.
- Good knowledge of various footwear products, able to effectively communicate with customers and solve problems.
- Excellent communication skills with good command of both English and Chinese(must), proficient in writing and reporting skills.
- Motivated and able to take initiatives to drive improvement in business planning process and revenue growth.
