Job Description
- Develop annual business strategies and market plans in line with the company’s operational direction. Drive revenue, gross margin, and brand partnership objectives.
- Lead the development and maintenance of international brands and OEM/ODM customers. Monitor market dynamics and product trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Regularly review P&L, shipment performance, and gross margin results. Conduct performance analysis and propose improvement actions to meet or exceed targets.
- Drive new marketing plan and business structures according to annual operational strategies. Ensure alignment with business goals and efficient allocation of resources.
- Lead major operational and customer projects. Integrate resources across production, R&D, purchasing, and other departments to ensure strong business performance and project execution.
- Lead the business team in setting clear goals and delivering results. Cultivate a data-driven and strategy-oriented organizational culture and support international business expansion and capability development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and above qualification in any field.
- 10+ years of B2B business operations/merchandising experience in the textile/garment industry, with proven success in collaborating with international brands and securing orders.
- Strong understanding of OEM/ODM business models, with market insight and product strategy capability.
- Analytical with strong financial acumen, able to balance revenue growth and gross margin performance.
- Excellent cross-functional coordination and team leadership skills.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese.
