Job Description
Objective:
To oversee and optimize the Setting and Brushing operations, ensuring high product quality, efficiency, and continuous technical improvement.
负责监督与优化定型和磨毛工序，确保产品质量、生产效率，并推动技术持续改进。
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Setting and Brushing production lines, ensuring product quality and efficiency.
监督和管理定型与磨毛生产线，确保产品质量与生产效率。
- Develop, implement, and optimize technical processes and SOPs for setting and brushing operations.
制定、实施并优化定型与磨毛工序的技术流程和操作规程。
- Lead the technical team to troubleshoot production issues, improve yield, and reduce waste.
带领技术团队解决生产问题，提高成品率，降低损耗。
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in all operations.
确保所有操作符合安全、环保和质量标准。
- Provide training and technical guidance to technicians and operators.
向技术员和操作员提供培训与技术指导。
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to develop new fabric finishing techniques.
与研发和生产团队合作，开发新的织物后整理工艺。
- Monitor machine performance, schedule maintenance, and recommend equipment upgrades.
监控机器运行情况，安排维护，并提出设备改进建议。
- Prepare technical reports, analysis, and improvement proposals for management review.
编写技术报告、分析及改进建议，提交管理层审核。
Requirements
- Diploma or higher, or an equivalent qualification, a background in textile engineering or related discipline is a plus.
文凭或以上学历，或具备同等资格；具有纺织工程或相关专业背景者优先。
- At least 8 years in fabric setting production with strong technical knowledge in knit fabric setting and brushing techniques.
具备至少8年面料定型生产经验，并熟悉针织面料定型及拉毛等相关技术。
- Experienced in leading a team and working across departments to achieve on-time delivery and meet quality requirements.
具备带领团队及跨部门协作的经验，能够确保按时交付并满足质量要求。
